In case the courier brings you a visibly damaged package, we recommend that you do not accept it. Fill out a complaint form with them on the spot and then email us at doublered@doublered.eu so we know what happened and can resolve it immediately.

Yes. A fee of 186 CZK is charged for exchanging goods. You can exchange the goods from the comfort of your home and don't have to go to any post office. This saves you time and money. When exchanging goods, we will send a courier to you to pick up the package. You can find the entire procedure in the Exchange and Return of Goods section (/vraceni-zbozi/) on our website.

Yes. You can return the goods without giving a reason within 14 days. When returning goods, please follow the instructions in the Exchange and Return of Goods section on our website.

When the goods are returned to us, we will refund your money. Of course, we always try to process returns as quickly as possible, but we typically send the money within 14 days.

We apologize, but this is not possible. We only refund money back to the account via bank transfer.

Fill out the complaint form, pack it with the goods you are returning, along with a copy of the invoice, and send it to the address: DOUBLE RED, Štúrova 20, 977 01 Brezno, Slovakia. You will receive a response to the complaint within 30 days at the latest.

You can cancel your order by e-mail at doublered@doublered.eu, as long as we have not dispatched it - that is, until you receive information about the goods being sent. After that, the order can no longer be canceled. However, you can still return the goods within 14 days of purchase.

We will send you the money within 5 working days of canceling the order.

In case of any discrepancy with your order, please write to our customer service. Send an e-mail with photos of the package and detailed information to doublered@doublered.eu.

Yes. You can pay the courier in cash upon collecting the order. You can find information about all payment options in our e-shop in the Payment Options section.

If you ordered goods and an error occurred during online card payment or PayPal payment, please email us at doublered@doublered.eu. To speed things up, have your order number ready and enter it as the subject of the email. You can find it in the confirmation email you received after completing the order. If you did not find the confirmation email in your inbox, please also check your spam folder.

You will receive the invoice for your order by e-mail. Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that our e-mails are marked as spam and you will find them in the SPAM or PROMOTIONS folder. Please check these folders in your e-mail inbox as well. If you did not find the invoice for the order even in the spam folder (spam, promotions, etc.), contact our customer service at doublered@doublered.eu.

Your order will be delivered by the courier company GLS or PACKETA where you can choose one of the pick-up points or delivery to a Z-box.

Yes. For orders over 1500 CZK, shipping is free. However, for cash on delivery, a fee of 54 CZK is charged. This fee is not charged for card payments or PayPal payments.

First of all, check your spam folder. Sometimes the order confirmation email goes to spam and not to the inbox. If the confirmation email is not in the spam folder, you can easily check on our website in the Track my orders section whether your order has been accepted and is registered in our system. If you are still not sure if we have your order on record, email us at doublered@doublered.eu and we will look into it together.

No, but you can create another order and we will send the orders together. In that case, write the number of the first order in the note so that we can find it and send you the goods from both orders together.

We will deliver your order within 3-6 working days of its receipt. If you order goods that are on pre-order, delivery will take a little longer. For each pre-order item, we always state the approximate delivery date.

We do not currently have stores in the Czech Republic. The nearest store can be found in Slovakia, in Bratislava at OC BoryMall.

First, you must log in to your account on our e-shop. In the Track my orders section, you will find out where the package is. We usually deliver your order within 2-5 working days of its receipt. If it is not delivered even on the 6th day, contact us by e-mail at doublered@doublered.eu and we will find out where the problem occurred. For faster processing, please also include the order number in the e-mail, which you can find in your inbox after creating the order. Don't forget, if you order goods that are on pre-order, delivery will take a little longer. For each pre-order item, we always state the approximate delivery date.

The GLS courier will send you an e-mail and SMS before delivery with information on when your package will be delivered. If you know you will not be at home at that time, contact the courier and arrange a different delivery time. If you still missed your order from the courier, it is likely that your order has been returned to us. Returned orders are automatically canceled. If you are still interested in the goods, we will send them to you again, but you will have to pay for shipping again. In this case, create a new order through our e-shop.

The most common error is a typo in the discount code/voucher (hereinafter referred to as the code). Check that you have written the code correctly. The second most common error is that the code had a limited validity. All our codes are time-limited, so it may happen that you waited too long and the code expired. In any case, if you did not make a typo in the code and the code should still be active, email us at doublered@doublered.eu and we will look into it. Our customer service colleagues are here for you on working days from 8:00 to 16:00. Therefore, please be patient if they do not reply immediately.
