Exchange & Returns
EXCHANGE
We understand that sometimes the size of the goods might not fit as it should. Goods purchased on doublered.eu can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving the order. The exchange process is simple:
- Print and fill out the 📄 Exchange/Return Form
- Pack the exchange request along with a copy of the invoice with the goods you are returning.
- IMPORTANT - PACK THE GOODS SO THAT YOU DO NOT DAMAGE THE GOODS OR THEIR PACKAGING (e.g., pack the shoebox in a bag or another box).
- Create a new order for the item you want instead of the one that didn't fit.
- In the "Discount Code" field, enter EXCHANGE and confirm by pressing the Add button.
- As the shipping method, select EXCHANGE – !!! If you do not enter the EXCHANGE code in the previous step, the exchange option will not be displayed !!!
- If you fail to do so, the courier will require the full amount for the ordered goods from you. And we did warn you about this.
- You will pay a shipping fee of €6.99 for the exchange.
Do not send the goods for exchange by post. Always wait for the courier we will send to you! The courier will personally bring you the new item and take the item you want to return from you.
Goods can NOT be exchanged:
- if they are mechanically damaged,
- if they show signs of use and wear,
- if the goods are not complete, including accessories and the warranty card that was delivered with them.
If you decide to exchange the goods unjustifiably, they will be returned at your expense.
RETURN
Goods purchased on doublered.eu can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
The process is simple:
- Print and fill out the 📄 Exchange/Return Form. Also, print a copy of the invoice we sent to your email.
- Pack both papers along with the goods so that you do not damage them.
- Send the goods to the address DOUBLE RED, Štúrova 20, 977 01 Brezno, or bring them in person to the DOUBLE RED CARS museum at Mostárenská 9 in Brezno on working days between 8:00 and 16:00, no later than 14 days from the day you exercised your right to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is considered met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period expires. It is best to send the goods as a registered parcel for proof of dispatch.
Goods can NOT be returned:

IMPORTANT!
- Do not send the package to us as cash on delivery. We will not accept such a package.
- We are not obliged to refund the money before you hand over the goods to us or provide proof that you have sent them.
- In the case of an unjustified return of goods, the goods will be returned to you at your expense.
